What We Install

Waterproofing Systems We Specialize In

The right solution depends on your situation. Here's a breakdown of the systems we install and typical project timelines.

πŸ’§

Interior Drainage System

A channel is installed at the perimeter of your basement floor to collect and redirect water to a sump pit. Works with any foundation type. Minimal landscaping disruption.

⏱ Typically 2–4 days
πŸ—

Exterior Waterproofing

Excavation around the foundation allows us to apply Duraflex membrane directly to the exterior wall and install new weeping tile and drainage board. The gold standard.

⏱ Typically 4–7 days
πŸ”¬

Foundation Crack Injection

Polyurethane or epoxy is injected under pressure into cracks to create a permanent, flexible seal from inside the basement. No excavation required.

⏱ Typically 1 day
βš™οΈ

Sump Pump Systems

We install primary submersible sump pumps and battery backup systems to automatically eject collected groundwater from your basement 24/7.

⏱ Typically 1 day
πŸ’Ž

Duraflex Membrane Application

Applied to exterior or interior foundation walls, Duraflex creates a rubberized waterproof barrier that flexes with the structure and resists hydrostatic pressure.

⏱ Part of larger project
🌊

Drainage & Weeping Tile

New or replacement perforated drainage tile around the foundation footings, bedded in clear stone, redirects groundwater away from the structure permanently.

⏱ Typically 2–5 days
Common Questions

About the Process

We recommend being present for the first day and for the final walkthrough, but you don't need to be home for every day of the project. We'll keep you updated by phone and make sure you're comfortable with arrangements before work begins.
Interior waterproofing involves cutting a channel along the basement perimeter, which creates dust and noise β€” but we use dust barriers and clean up thoroughly each day. Exterior work is more involved but stays outside. We protect landscaping and restore disturbed areas when finished.
For interior waterproofing, we'll need access to the perimeter of the basement floor β€” roughly 3–4 feet in from the walls. We'll advise you ahead of time exactly what needs to be moved. For crack injection only, minimal clearing is usually required.
If we uncover something unexpected that affects the scope of work, we stop and discuss it with you before proceeding. You'll always receive a clear explanation and a written change order before any additional work is done. No surprises.
